  • Where can I find my key code?
    The key code is usually engraved on the face of the lock (the silver part next to where you slide the key in) and also on the original key.
  • Are all key codes the same?
    No. Each company make different combinations and different key blanks for the same code, therefore it's important to verify that you buy an item for your brand.
  • Does the letters on a code have any meaning?
    Yes. All digits of the code are needed and must match your engraved lock. If your code doesn't have letters and you purchase a key that listed with letters on the code - those keys will not work for you. Ther's a difference between code with letter or without letter.
  • How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?"
    The FAQ title can be adjusted in the settings tab of the App Settings. You can also remove the title by unchecking its checkbox in the settings tab.
