SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our orders daily at 11A.M. EST.
If you purchase a key from us before 8AM, it will be shipped the same morning, if you purchase after 8AM EST, we'll ship it the next business day.

We ship our keys USPS First Class Mail, with tracking numbers.

USPS First Class Mail usually delivers within 2-5 business days, but form our experience in dealing with USPS services, we don't take any action in case of a lost or delay item, ONLY after 10 business days.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
A cut key has no value to us, therefore all our sales final.

In case if a key doesn't work and after looking at your photos, it seems that it's our fault - we'll either re send it with correct key, or send you a refund.

In case that it's your fault (for choosing item with different brand or different code) we wont refund or exange.
